The only design commonality among all of them is that they all need power - and specifically "rugged power" - to bring them to life. These harsh-environment, mil-deployable power technologies are all designed (or uprated via HALT/HASS testing) to meet the rigors of the modern battlefield. They must meet MIL-SPEC and other mission-specific requirements for extreme shock, vibration, and temperature levels. These "ruggedized" power technologies include power supplies, DC-DC converters, batteries, fuel cells, power adapters, and more, all ready for the demands of today's front lines.
